We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscription purchases. If you're not satisfied with AI Notes Taker Pro for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase — no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at support@aitranscript.app with the subject line "Refund Request."
  2. Include the email address you used to subscribe.
  3. We will process your refund within 5-10 business days.

After 14 Days

Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We understand that issues can arise, and we'll do our best to find a fair resolution. Common situations where we may grant a late refund:

  • Technical issues that prevent the App from functioning on your system.
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors.
  • Service outages that significantly impacted your ability to use Pro features.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • You retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period.

Free Tier

The free tier of AI Notes Taker (audio recording and on-device transcription) is completely free and does not involve any payments. No refund applies to free features.
